The Chief executive officer is responsible for developing long-term and short-term plans for the organization, managing and monitoring overall operations within the framework of the strategic goals provided by the shareholders’ meeting.

The Mobifinance NBFI LLC was founded in April 2010 within the scope of initiations and the project of Mobicom Corporation to introduce the electronic payments and and financial services based on the mobile phones in Mongolia. The Mobifinance NBFI has been successfully introducing to market and implementing the online micro loan “SMS Loan” service within the scope of the special permission “To undertake the loan activity” issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission and the Electronic money “MonPay” service within the scope of the special permission “To issue the electronic money” issued by the Mongolbank. The MonPay service shall make the cash transfers, get the micro loans and make the payments and transactions within a second. Notwithstanding that, this service differs from other financial services by its peculiarity that it contains a number of services such as online shops, train and movie tickets, food deliveries, game charging, coupon and rewards or bonuses at one place.
The ISO 9001:2015 system requires an organization to pay attention not only to internal organization, but also to customer cooperation, so it opens up opportunities to deliver comprehensive products and services that meet customer demand.
We are working to prevent information security risks that may occur in the processing and storage of valuable confidential information of users and partner organizations, and meet more than 160 standard requirements in our operations. The requirements of this standard were met again in September 2022 and we obtained the certificate.
We follow all 174 laws and legal norms related to labor health and safety in force in Mongolia and work in accordance with our activities.
