Become a customer
01. Download application
Download and install the MonPay application on your mobile phone.
02. Register
Register with your mobile number and become a user.
Go to the “Login> Register” section of the MonPay application and enter your phone number to register. Users of all mobile operators can register.
03. Concluding a contract
If you want to increase your daily transaction limit and make full use of it, sign a contract. Once you become a customer, you can come to Mobicom branch with your ID card or sign an e-money contract from the My Contracts menu of the MonPay application. Customers under the age of 18 must come to the branch with a guardian to sign a contract.
